THE PROBLEM OF CRACK OPENING WIDTH AND STIFFNESS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTIONS

The article defines the main results for development of reinforced concrete mechanics. In isotropic medium between cracks is used "first object - flows-blocks", "second cracks" and effect concrete, physical essence which non-uniformity continuous reinforcement. Reactions arise in deformation reinforcement from bonding compressed tensile region. average resistance "average total force working reinforcement," third object, are transmitted through "dowel" effect. crack opening widths relative mutual displacements determined boundary conditions Thomas-Author hypothesis. A new classification has been developed: regular (anisotropic concrete) based on (origins concentrations) maximum closed equations mechanics Lagrange function. author proposed hypotheses, theorems linear angular deformations, functionals deplanation cross section element elastic-plastic stage, jumps stiffness matrix a single compound strip allow to reduce order differential equations. design model method rod, wall, slab "envelope" cracks. این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
